Quotes and pricing
Any guide prices shown on this website are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. A final, fixed quote is only confirmed after the customer completes our quote form and submits the necessary installation photos via WhatsApp as requested.
Deposits and payment
If a deposit is required to secure your installation, the exact amount will be clearly stated in your written quote. Any remaining balance for the works is due in full upon completion of the installation.
Warranties and guarantees
Manufacturer boiler warranties can be up to 10 years, depending on the specific boiler model chosen. RJB Services also provides workmanship guarantees, the full details of which are set out in each individual quote.
What we do and don’t do
RJB Services specializes in boiler installation and heating system replacement work only. We do not provide repair services, breakdown call-outs, or standalone radiator installations.
Your consumer rights
Nothing within these terms of service affects or intends to limit your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
Law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
